Our workout programs are designed for those who want to know exactly what to do in their training sessions to get optimal results. TheyĀ require minimal equipment, can be done anywhere, and are cost effective.Ā
You will receive four days of programming per week to be completed on your own.Ā You also receive access to our team group chat, where you can share videā€™s for form feedback, and enjoy community support.Ā
There are two skill levels, one for beginners, and another for those who consider themselves advanced.Ā
This is a perfect way to get a taste of what weā€™re all about at KBCU without the investment of our certification.

SAVAGE ATHLETEĀ (Advanced)
KBCU Savage Athlete is for the intermediate to advanced athlete. We will use kettlebell lifts, plyometrics, and track drills to become the most athletic version of ourselves.
